Truck items are delivered by truck delivery service, as indicated in the "Shipping Information" section on the “about us” page. You are responsible for helping to remove the items off the back of the truck to your home. Truck driver will not do in home delivery. If in home delivery is important to you please call us to make arrangements, a higher fee will apply.

Truck deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. A delivery agent will call you to schedule your delivery. A responsible party, over 18 years of age, must be present to take delivery and sign for the shipment.

Rural delivery is available; however we are only able to deliver to properties with a physical address.

If item comes off the truck damaged, please do not accept or sign for it, have the driver send it back and we will ship you a new one at no cost to you.
