Common questions about store policies:

1) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY MERCHANDISE AFTER I PURCHASE IT?

Answer: Depending on what you purchase and where you live, differs in time. For instance, if you order a custom made furniture item and you live on the east side of the Mississippi River, you might expect to see your purchase as soon as 2-3 weeks from purchase date. However, this is not always the case. We would like our customers who order furniture items to be patient enough to allow about 4-5 weeks. But also be prepared for it as early as 2 weeks. We will stay in contact with you to let you know when you can expect your delivery.

Smaller or non furniture items that we have in stock and ship out right away, you will usually receive these things such as pillows and aprons, placemats, lamps and clocks, within 7 to 8 business days after purchase.

If the item is a custom design purchase (such as a custom order rug or upholstery furniture) then please allow additional time for the product to be made. Any orders taking longer than 4 weeks requires a minimum of 50% down payment to confirm and hold the order. Payment in full must be paid before product ships. If the product has not been paid in full the item will not ship.

2) HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

Answer: Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and the distance of the product that is to be shipped. If you just purchased an item and you recieved a notice at check out regarding shipping prices please note that is not applicable, your order will reflect the correct shipping charge if you have any at all. Also, please note, multiple items ordered on one purchase at check out decreases your shipping costs, so ordering more than one thing can save money on shipping. Not all items have shipping fees, some items are free shipping. If you do not see any shipping charges on your final invoice at check out then your item ships for free!

3) IS THE SHIPPING PRICE ESTIMATED AND CHARGED TO ME AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE?

Answer: yes. If there are shipping costs, you will have to pay for that on your final balance at the time of purchase and will receive a copy of the invoice. You only pay what is charged to us by UPS or FED EX or other Freight Carriers.

4) WHAT ARE TRUCK DELIVERY ITEMS?

Truck items are delivered by freight truck delivery service. You are responsible for removing the items off the back of the truck to your home, unless you have previously arranged for a white glove delivery which is an added fee.

Truck deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. A delivery agent will call you to schedule your delivery. A responsible party, over 18 years of age, must be present to take delivery and sign for the shipment.

5) ONLINE REFUND POLICY

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all canceled orders, if you the customer decide to cancel the order after the order has been processed (Usually 24 - 48 hours). This excludes fault on our behalf, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product. You the customer are not responsible for these mistakes. Fees only apply when you the customer changes your mind and cancels.

Special order rugs and furniture can not be canceled after production of the product has begun (usually within 48 to 72 hours after purchase).

**Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item you will receive a full credit or refund. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item if you wish.

6) APPLICABLE TAX

The only states that have tax applied to their order are in Arizona and Texas. All other states are tax free for general merchandise and most Home Decor products.

All IMAX WORLDWIDE product lines are hand made. Sizes are approximate. Color variations and imperfections are the characteristics of hand craftsmanship.

Unless otherwise noted, all glass, ceramic, porcelain and metal items are for decorative use only. These items may contain lead or other materials that are poisonous if ingested.

Neither the seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the liability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the sustainability of the products for his/her intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever therewith. The preceding statements are made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. Sellers and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace such quality of the product proved to be defective if returned within ten days of receipt merchandise.
